Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 4 May 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
These Terms govern your use of Mission Relearn Academy (the "Service"), provided by Mission Relearn ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility and account
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have the authority to bind your organization. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
- send spam or malware, or attempt to interfere with the Service's security;
- scrape, probe, or reverse-engineer the Service;
- infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
- resell, redistribute, or share access to paid content beyond your account.
4. Intellectual property
Mission Relearn retains all rights, title and interest in the Service, including all course content, software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service and any course you purchased, for your own personal or internal business use.
5. AI-generated content
Parts of the Service use generative AI. You are responsible for the prompts you submit and for verifying the accuracy and suitability of outputs before relying on them. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.). You may not use the Service to generate illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, malware, or to attempt to jailbreak underlying models. We may filter, restrict, or remove content and may suspend accounts that repeatedly infringe rights of others.
6. Payments, billing, and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.
Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy.
7. Service availability
We strive for high availability, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete your account data after a reasonable export window.
9. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Mission Relearn against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
