14-day refund window
We offer a 14-day refund on purchases made through Mission Relearn Academy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:
- visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
- email us at hello@missionrelearn.com with your order details and we will help you process the refund.
After a refund
Once a refund is approved, your access to the related course or product will be revoked. Refunded amounts are returned via the original payment method, typically within a few business days, depending on your bank.
